Looking for the right angle to get the waterfall in all its Beauty.
The picture I wanted I had to get in the water… Mind over matter...
I ignored the cold water.
I was in mid-thigh deep water, in the middle of January.

Next stop was “The Sinks” no walking involved. Right next to the Parking lot.
Interesting story it was made by loggers dynamited the river, due to a huge log jam.
Beautiful Waterfall, and you might get lucky and see Kayakers going down it.

When I saw this view… I felt emotional connected.
Where I have weathered life’s turbulent storms and still here.
Feeling, “Steady as a Rock”.
The rough, violent, and savage water makes for a dramatic scene.

TN, Smoky Mountains Sunset 005 – 3
After an enjoyable day out seeing amazing sights… We stated to drive back to our cabin… Pulled over at an overlook to watch the Day’s Finale.
A gorgeous Sunset, with the barren trees and the mountains and clouds looming in the background.
A colorful change of colors going from a bright yellowish to orangish red and ending up with a mixed of shades of purple…
TN Smoky Metcalf 004 SS
After a day of excitement exploring the town. We decided to go to see a Sunset. We came across this beautiful scene.
The sunset turning the sky a pale orangish with the water Soft and Silky with the sounds of the rushing water.
Giving us a relaxing feeling from the day’s excitement…. What a perfect way to end a day unwinding and recounting the memories.
