Driving from our Cabin, I drove across a bridge with a River Flowing Fast…. I found a place to turn around and went back.

I drove up the road and found a Ranger Station. Found out the road and Trail to the Ramsey Falls  was washed out in several Places.

I heard some water rushing near the Ranger Station and decided to get some photographs.

I was just a little too deep and some Very Cold water poured in to my boot. Oh well I just poured it out and finished capturing my pictures.

Walking a little farther up maybe 50 yards. I came across this amazing view.

That is beckoning  me to follow the creek and see what is around the bend.

Of course I ventured out in to the water, for better photos.   That is what I do …

I drove back down to the entrance of the park and seen a Cascade going across.

What a beautiful view with the Tree lined bank, carved rocks and the mountains in the far distance.

The water is Smooth in the picture and a person walking along the road, giving a scale to the picture.

I decided to get up close and Personal with this photograph.

The silky water, foreground Rocks with its, rough and smooth surfaces. Makes this a peaceful scene.

The rough looking water shows power and strength of the river combined with the chiseled boulder makes a Dramatic picture.

Yet peaceful with the autumn colors and the evening coming makes it peaceful.

Perfectly ending a day of hiking with a nice warm fire and remembering the memories of the day.

Decided to wait a little longer and catch the Sunset changing the trees to a golden color and the clouds turning a purplish.

A perfect way to end the day….  Watching Mother Nature turning off the lights of another day.
