Krause Springs, is a camping and swimming site located in the Hill
Country of Texas. It is located in Spicewood, Texas, approximately 30 miles northwest of
Austin.

What a beautiful Place, the 115-acre property has a butterfly garden with water fountains. There are 32 springs, and several feed the man-made pool and the natural pool which flow into Lake Travis.
I visted after school started during the week, in the evening, very
enjoyable. Looking forward to going again..

First view I saw walking down the steps. The waterfall… trickling down the side of the hill, clinging to the moss on the way down.
Finally making its way to the bottom it hitting the water.

Doing more exploring... getting in the water and walking slowly I am waist deep
I am following the bank.
The roots from the trees are interesting… With the shapes they make.
I am seeing different faces and body parts being formed…. I seem to see a whole family formed by the roots.

Walking closer to the bank… Seems like the roots are hiding something.
Getting closer I see a sapling growing out of one of the roots, with a reflection in the water….
Giving thoughts of how nature brings new life replacing the older ones in the future.

Walking across one of the many small streams. I looked to my left and see a creek Hiding among the canopy of trees...
I was invited to sit down and relax… and let myself daydream.
What was I seeing in the water when ripples were made ?? Looked like something or somebody swimming…
